Takao IMADA is director of the Foreign Application Department. He graduated from Faculty of Literature, Kumamoto University in 2002. He has worked in the media industry for some years and then joined KIYOHARA & CO., PATENT ATTORNEYS. After joining us, he has been consistently in charge of E-J and J-E translation of foreign/domestic applications. Since 2016, he has managed translation services and filing procedures related to the foreign/domestic applications as the director.

With the experience of studying abroad (USA / Germany) at the time of university and after graduation, I'm mainly engaged in translation and helping you obtain a patent. I will try hard to obtain a strong patent in accordance with each country's patent practice together with correct, clear, and concise translations.
